About Sofia

A 27-year veteran of school administration, Ms. Ramírez spent 8.5 years in North Monterey County Unified School District, first as secretary translator and later as administrative assistant in the Business Department. 

Ms. Ramírez served the Gonzalez Unified School District for nearly 17 years, first as administrative assistant to the Superintendent and the Board of Trustees, and later as personnel coordinator in the Human Resources Department.

She’s a proud mother of four sons and grandmother of six children. She’s currently pursuing a major in Human Resources Management.
