Agendas

The agendas for the Board of Trustees meetings are official documents that outline every aspect of their meetings. They include an outline of all the events, policies and action items that will be highlighted during a board meeting. They also include the place and time of the board meeting. All the items in a board meeting agenda are listed in chronological order to give structure to the board meeting.

 

The Superintendent, along with his Cabinet Members, are responsible for creating the agenda.  Alisal Union School District began using BoardDocs for its agendas starting Oct. 19, 2019. BoardDocs is the system currently in use.
