Alisal USD receives PBIS recongition

Congratulations!

The Alisal Union School District was recognized during the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports showcase in May, where Districts and schools that are distinguishing themselves in the application of PBIS were recognized. 

Three Alisal USD schools were honored.  

• Dr. Oscar F. Loya - PBIS Coalition State Recognition (2021): Silver Level
• Dr. Oscar F. Loya - Caregiver Engagement Award: Karina Padilla (volunteer)
• Frank Paul - District PBIS Champion: Marisol Contreras-Rico (School Counselor)
• Frank Paul - District Administrator of the Year: Lilia Valladares (Assistant Principal)
• Fremont Elementary - PBIS Sustainability Award for AUSD
