• Health screenings
• Health education and help connect patients with resources to manage chronic medical problems
All services provided by the mobile clinic are currently free of charge.
The mobile clinic will be open from 12 to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Alisal Family Resource Center, 1441 Williams Rd., and also from 12 to 8 p.m. on Thursdays at MLK Family Resource Center, 925 N. Sanborn Rd.
