The Alisal USD has made substantial progress on the State Accountability Performance Index (API). The progress, however, has not been enough to pull the district and ten schools out of Program Improvement. It is important that our schools and district focus all our attention on the current ongoing academic interventions at each site. Bardin Receives BFI's Kurbee Award

Bardin is recognized by Mayor Dennis Donohue, and Salinas City Council for receiving BFI's Kurbee Award for recycling efforts through the school's Green Club. The school received a park bench made with recycled plastic. Thank you, BFI, and Ivy Contreras, Bardin's Green Club instructor.
