Bardin is recognized by Mayor Dennis Donohue, and Salinas City Council for receiving BFI's Kurbee Award for recycling efforts through the school's Green Club. The school received a park bench made with recycled plastic. Thank you, BFI, and Ivy Contreras, Bardin's Green Club instructor.
