The Alisal USD has made substantial progress on the State Accountability Performance Index (API). The progress, however, has not been enough to pull the district and ten schools out of Program Improvement. It is important that our schools and district focus all our attention on the current ongoing academic interventions at each site. The López-De León and the Quintero families were Bardin's nominees for Family of the Year. Both families were recognized on October 17th, at an event sponsored by the Alisal Rotary Club. María De León and her family tied with the Ayala from Fremont School for the top award.
